Ideas of passive income on cryptographic currency

The cryptographic industry offers many income generating options, and financial companies offer various services to attract new customers. There are two types of passive income on cryptovite: fixed rate and floating rate. The advantage of passive income is low risks compared to trading, mining and other popular cryptographic methods.

P2P branding and crypto loans

Lending is a form of lending to traders. In the past, brokers used to lend to clients, but cryptorages went a different way: now traders can lend to other players crypto currency or stealcoins on collateral. In other words, you rent out your cryptovite and get interest for it. At the same time, crypto exchanges do not bear counterparty risks due to the volatility of the crypto assets, and the income comes from commissions. We wrote more about this method in one of our previous articles, so we will not dwell on this topic in detail, but only briefly describe it.

Crypto exchanges set a fixed amount of rates, which varies on average from 2% to 4% per annum. The main advantage of this method is that interest is charged every day or once a week. The actual yield will therefore be higher given the complex interest.

Crypto loans do not differ from leasing except for one factor: leasing is available on crypto exchanges and is only for trading, while crypto loans are available to a wide range of users. Another difference is profitability. Crediting allows obtaining up to 8% - 12% per annum.

Popular crypto exchanges that provide P2P-lending:

Binance;
Poloniex;
Gate.io.
Crypto loaning services:

Nexo;
BlockFi;
CoinLoan;
Celsius.network.
DeFi-Lending is a new type of credit provided by DeFi platforms. Such crypto loans are called flash loans. Interest rates are much lower due to the absence of risks and intermediaries: from 0% to 0.55%. All transactions are executed by atomic protocol and are fully automated. DeFi platforms on which flash loans can be issued:

Aave;
Maker;
Compound;
EOSREX.
Lifehak. Differences in interest rates provide opportunities for arbitration. For example, you can borrow Ethereum on Aave at 0.55% and borrow NEXO at 8% or open a deposit at Binance Crypto.com at 4% or Crypto.com wallet at 6% per annum.

 The way to $10 million is provided that hyperbitcoinization will occur 3 years earlier. In any case, we are considering a range from $10 million to $100 million, which we can come to in the next 20 years. Although this period of time may not seem large enough, it should be taken into account that "bitcoin is network money for network economy". Exponential levels of growth are difficult to perceive as we tend to make predictions based on linear time periods. However, in a short period of time, computers and the Internet have become an integral part of our lives and key economic drivers. The long-term bitcoin trend and continued exponential growth support the view that one day bitcoin can capture all the economic value in the world. Hyperbitcoinization Pragmatists can claim that Bitcoin as money will only be a part of the digital and "paper" money system. In certain regions and areas, Bitcoin may become the dominant currency and begin to meet limited (but valuable) n...

S-shaped propagation curve. As the bitcoin spreads among different groups of followers, its market share grows. The critical point (green circle) corresponds to the change of the curve direction: exponential growth starts immediately after it. On the lower scale: innovators, early proponents, early majority, later majority, backward. The first part of the curve is relatively straight and characterizes the slowest rate of spread. At this stage, the product tries to gain popularity and is only known to innovators and early followers. The rapid rise starts at a "critical point" when market awareness moves to a much wider mass. As can be seen in the figures, modern technologies experience much shar...
